I made this recipe chef, it's very tasty, I am an ok cook...and I made it impromptu with few ingredients missing in my kitchen like dhaniya and lehsun, but due to the power of recepie it turned out to be so delicious, I was just thinking if someone pro would have made it it would have been finger licking good. It is so nostalgic to me it took me back to my childhood days in allahabad ...strong laung flavour in gravy reminds of trademark up flavours of shaadis or get together foods. And the flavour of stuffed potato, in my home this stuffing is called Safar wale aloo...thank you so much was wanting to learn this potato spice mix and how to make Safar wale aloo recepie. ❤❤❤ 🤤 😋

Sab may onions, garlic, ginger, chillies, tomatoes ki gravy. Where is the variation? Every sabzi tastes the same. Bina gravy ke he stuffed capsicum ki sabzi achhi lagti hai. Simple tuvar ki dal ya kadhi ho toh bas maza aa jaye .
