A nothing thing that is overlooked. White sugar+molasses=brown sugar. The more molasses, the darker the sugar. You can make brown sugar at home :D

If for something like making chocolates which requires there to be no water based liquids you can properly evaporate it yourself in the oven on the lowest setting. Homemade chocolates are the only thing I know that needs to have no water in it.

Pam, all you have to do is use double the amount of powdered milk mixed into the water. 1 cup milk is 1 cup water + 1/4 cup powdered milk // 1 cup evaporated milk is 1 cup water + 1/2 cup powdered milk. Taaadaaah!!!

My nephew recently made mashed potatoes and he called me to ask what he could use because he had no milk. I asked him if they had any canned evaporated milk. He looked and said yes. They did have 4 cans of evaporated milk and 4 cans of sweetened condensed milk. Guess which one he used and imagine what that tasted like. 🤣😂 He will never mistake those two again.
