I would add the mixture (before you freeze it) into a graham cracker crust (maybe a chocolate graham cracker crust) and then freeze it... Ice Cream Pie. Drizzle with your choice of sauce, or put lightly crushed berries on top of it. It would be pretty and delicious!

Beat till soft? You should also chill any of the items (mixer and bowl for 30-45 mins before you mix cream ) I’m guess whipping cream for about 3-6 mins until peaks form..this is how the cream sets up and when mixing things into the whipped cream you should fold in mixture…thanks for the recipe

Bananas need to be ripe when used for desert. In the picture used for this recepe, the bananas are decidedly unripe !!! If the stem is etill green the banana will not be ready for consumption. Give them a couple of days sitting in your kitchen at room temperature to properly ripen . Ps. Never store any banana in the refrigerator.

When you said to fold in the cooled banana puree, you didnt fold. You're supposed to use a spatula to actually "fold" the mixure in gently so it remains fluffy. By beating it with the mixer you beat out all the bubbles
