Salmon head sinigang sa miso is a classic Philippine fish sour soup, cook ang season by miso (fermented soy beans).
Ingredients:
.1/2 kg salmon head(cleaned)
.2 tbsp cooking oil
.1 tsp garlic minced
1 big onion (sliced finely)
.1 tbsp minced ginger
.3 sliced tomatoes
.3 green finger chilles
.1 cup tamarind young leaves (finely chopped)
.mustard leaf
1/3 cup miso paste (fermented yellow soy beans)
.1 tsp black groud pepper
.salt to taste
.fish sauce to taste
