Very good video, I think you may be the first person who reviewed this figure :). Target exclusive, hmm. These tend to trickle into general retail (like that "WfC" Bumblebee with Spike, both Bumblebee Greatest Hits sets) so there's hope :D. Though I'm not sure, I'm put off by that extremely weird ankles and abundance of clear plastic (Kingdom Huffer, that's how clear plastic should be applied - as non-essential parts that aren't involved in transformation) which worried even PvP, who seems generally very fond of clear plastic parts. Time will tell... :)

it is awesome to see they are ALMOST perfecting the G1 characters, there are some issues here and there but still the best decision of Takara and Hasbro to cover most of the G1 models as they should.

Road Rage has a speaking role as Nautica's bodyguard in the latest IDW continuity and apparently is a "she", may this be a prelude on a CHUG Arcee based on the Transformers vs Terminato design? They seem to be moving towards fembots with less "supermodel thin" bodies that might be conductive to better figures without the usual backpacks of doom.

Road Rage has been female for pretty much as long as she’s had a name. She started out as a straight red redeco of the Tracks diaclone, I believe, and then was one of the first e-hobby reissue characters to get a name and a bio, along with Crosscut. She’s been a retool of Tracks before, and the MP one actually has extensive retooling to give her robot mode a more slender frame than Tracks. This one lacks any of that, and is merely a new head on Tracks.

Epic review Chefatron!!!!!!! Road Rage looks incredible and her new head sculpt along with her red paint job really helps her stand out from Tracks. I hope she is not a red card exclusive like T-Wrecks. Keep on being amazing.

Welp, I was leaning towards getting Tracks because I already have several red cars and no blue ones, but the headsculpt and hopefully tolerances are making me rethink that. Guess it'll come down to what I see in the wild.

The shade between matte and shinny finish is called "satin" finish; or as you said, it is somewhat a "shinny matte" kind of color.

Okay, she looks a bit better than Tracks, especially since she has the full flame deco, unlike Tracks' adherence to the cartoon's simplified detail. And of course the head and the more vibrant colors and varied. Still not 100% on the mold coz of the clear plastic canopy (you think it'll last in our climate?) but it does look better in aspects than the United one. But the fact that she's Target exclusive...(cries in Red Wing in Amazon/eBay prices)

Funny thing: the Masterpiece version is also more of a retooling of Tracks (than just the altered head) so that the arms & thighs are more feminine looking. I'm more surprised that they went with this - since Shattered Glass Tracks is literally this exact color scheme, I guess we may not see Tracks in the new SG line.
