We don't know what Sweep will actually look like, and so Scourge is a natural substitute. Plus Scourge was short-packed in his initial case against Hot Rod and may not be in the current Voyager case that has BB Scream and 86 Hot Rod. I think Jazz has the same problem, not in the current deluxe case but due to come back.

Yes, it seems the one they stocked is the next wave of Studio Series voyager which only consists of 1 Hot Rod and 2 BB Starscream, no Scourge.

yeah... no man, i really did not want to collect the power rangers figures... i just can't afford them... i even sold off all my ghostbusters plasma series figures, because i really don't have the funds... i had to let go of those two lines so i could go full on collecting the Classified Series... and of course maintain a healthy transformers, marvel legends, and black series collection... maybe when i get out of debt, i can go back to the Plasma series... then maybe get the MMPR figures...
