As a toy collector, I think you guys are quite lucky with some of your Toy kingdom branches , they seem very well stocked with the likes of Transformers and Marvel legends. Here in Davao, we don’t have that much stock , mostly just peg warmers. To add to this, we don’t really have any hobby shops or collectible stores that sell action figures in my city, the only hobby shop I know here sells only R/C stuff.

i know right?! it's just soooo expensive out here and the money is sooo little.. we're a third world country with a very small per capita income... in fact, minimum wage out here (which is the salary of 85% of the population) is usd$11 a day.... can you believe it!

no prob bro! i used to frequent sta lucia when i was still single, but lately that place doesn't have anything i like... makati is where my wife always shops every saturday while im in GH... i used to frequent that with the kids before covid, but the stocks are always crap... the only time i can find anything in makati is if i chance upon the area during a weekday... also too many scalpers in the area. i used to have a pastry store in market market (2007 - 2019) i frequented the toy shops there like 3x a week but usually i wouldn't find anything to buy... now i focus on GH since that's were i have more success and in Alabang Town Center due to proximity

It doesn't bother me as I don't buy new stuff because of Q.C. issues with the newer stuff (especially the new He-Man figures!!). I only trade or buy dirt cheap TF, very rarely buy anything unless it's absolutely unique or a steal price here!! I save all my money for a local toy fair which in my neck of the woods, we'd sometimes have two a year. This was a enjoyable romp through your area man!! Nice video here! Your stores are nice, clean and efficient! The displays are great, with a pre late 80/90's feel and they care about the display montage down there?! Hot Wheels to me are lazy with wheel mags and cheap plastic, Matchbox aren't that much better either! My favourite car brand was always Majorette but that limits what can get which is probably a good thing lolz.

The reason why there's a lot of stock is because only a ridiculously small percentage of our population can afford these toys and most of the people buy these are well-off adult men who some turn out to be scalpers who resell the toys at skyrocketing prices depending on the demand.

the best place to shop for toys bro, especially collectible toys for adult collectors is in Greenhills shopping center where all the hobby shops are. Toy Kingdom SM Megamall and Toys R Us Robinsons Galleria for retail items, but the pickings are slim nowadays... look me up and message me on Facebook bro, Franz Echevarria (you'll know it's me if the avatar shows my wife with Alex as a little girl) we can meet up for a toy hunt in Greenhills and surrounding areas

I thought "no knock-offs spotted this time" but then, "out of nowhere", that OS Black Mamba bayverse Ironhide popped out :D. I miss the P2P that go to Megamall or even Starmall Shaw from here, but last I checked, they junked all the usual P2P buses since the start of the outbreak, even the one that goes to Greenbelt. Those were the only ways I could go to that general area from down here if I wasn't hitching. Sad that the DC cafe's been gone. Never got to eat there. Eyeing that Rattrap in ATC. Gonna get it next grocery run. Maybe Cyclonus and/or Beast Megatron too if I find one at the stores. Otherwise, it's FB Marketplace. Seeing the Revan lightsaber in Rustans was a surprise.
