Mary even in a wheelchair you could get to the main square which is by the Castle and in the evening is full of tables each with a candle and the food and the ambience with the hashish smoke in the warm evening air is magic.

According to some locals, the walls were mandated to be painted blue simply to attract tourists at some point in the 1970s. ( Wikipedia source ) It's a beautiful city, but, What a cheap way made by the government, by force, because of the dictatorship. This proves the Lack of history and culture of that city.
