Curry looks good but will kola urundai taste good? Cos no ginger or garlic, tumeric are not added to the meat. I have my doubts. Best to cook te meat with above ingredients.

Super kalakal recipe. My mum used to add a wee bit of gram flour to the minced meat. She steams it and adds to the thick gravy. She used to buy a chunk of meat, wash it thorourghly.dry it with a towel and finally mince it.I was very young then so I am not sure about the other ingredients. I shall try cooking this dish.
