Hello!! My Name is chef Deena from the popular Adupangarai show in Jaya TV Viewers must have seen me in Zee Tamil shows as well. Hello Sir Im a South African born Indian lady now living for over 40 yrs. in Germany ,who knows just a Little Tamil from my childhood. I however love the Indian kitchen. Question: is it possible to write the recipe in English. Or English sub titles. I know it’s immense work but the huge number of people following your channel will love it. U will be surprised just how many people here love the Indian cuisine.

Super duper Rasam.almost like அரைச்சிபோட்ட சாம்பார்.it can also be called அரைச்சிபோட்ட இரசம். I will try this one and let Dena know. This like any rasam does well with appalam or chips. Dena I made your மோர்குழம்பு today! Only plain not with Bonda or lady's finger. Thanks.

Hi Deena I have never heard of Rasam in which coconut is used this the first time through your presentation I have noted a recipe with coconut and also no coriander leaves. I make this with small variation in quantity of ingredients. Much less toor dal and more jeera and we call it jeera rasam. And less coconut

Sir, just 1 question. You added boiled dal water. But in the beginning you didnt mention. Is it extra dal that you boiled separately?

This series recipes are very interesting Chef Deena. I tried making this rasam, 100 gms of tamarind seems a bit too much - is that the correct measurement - it will be helpful if you can tell how much water and how many servings you can get. Thanks

During demonstration, no mention is made to cook toor dhal. Is that toor dhal need to be cooked, smashed with water and pour that after putting grinded masala. ?
