Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 3/4 tbsp
Mustard - For Tempering
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - As Required
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Salt - To Taste
Oil - For Cooking
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Thakkali Milagu Rasam
