Food Travelogue- Desh da Swaad- Dharamshala/Mcloedganj

My search for great food takes me to Mcloedganj and Dharamshala, where i not only taste great food but also get the opportunity to see His Holiness Dalai Lama's Monestary kitchen. I also get to see great Uttarakhand ingredients which i could have never seen otherwise. Enjoy the great food and scenic beauty.

dear sir in your journey to himachal you can also experience full himachali dham as it consists of many recipes and you can also experience local recipes in kangra ( like karaliya( a recipe made of pink flowered),lasude ki sabzi( a recipe made of wild fruits,buransh(Rhododendron) ke phool ki chatni and many other recipes which are not known by people outside himachal.And l would like to appreciate your work.
