Chef, wife and the rest of Kuya team, watching but more so listening while driving from work and I was like( telling myself) Ay sus guid! Pag hipos anay! Oi! 😭Can't help it! It sure made my ❤ swell up to the roof🫡 Y'all made me proud! Pinoy/Ilonggo= Italian/Middle Eastern hospitality. Same difference when it comes to authentic HOSPITALITY. As I always say...KINDNESS IS THE REFLECTION OF ONES SOUL. LOVE AND LIGHT🫶 Oh yeah, I ate at your restaurant years ago when i visited home. I believe it was at SM North. And it was SUPER GOOD!👌 So yeah! I'm a fan🧛♀️

Thank you Chef that you brought this up to your team. We are from AUH as well at talagang we travel to try Kooya. The food is amazing to doubt about that but the atmosphere is very awkward. Parang ang hirap i-approach ng nga staff. Idk the exact term but it really feels weird. Or pagod na ba sila since 7pm na kami nakarating for early dinner. Nakaka inspire ka as business owner chef 👏🏻

Your staff is awesome welcoming customers and attending our needs. I have dined out in Kooya 4x already. Last dined in was early this year but food was not superb. Taste of halo2x is not impressive. Not level of Salvi’s delicious halo2x. Bihon guisado is way too simply cooked not even tasty, pakbet is ok coz my flatmate from northern luzon can cook better than what we ordered. I wanted to share feedback to the staff but my 2 friends who were 1st timer in Kooya opted me not to make comments and deciided not to come back in Kooya becoz they were not impressed with the food. Before end of this month I will try dining there again and see if the food has been upgraded, changed or enhanced more to our taste.

We dined at Kooya once and I did not feel any hospitality. The staff are not smiling and are not approachable. It seems like the staff think they are celebrities just because they work with a celebrity chef.
