I've used a ricer before, but I thought I had to boil the potatoes first. BTW, subtitles would be nice. From the U.S., can't understand with the accent.

What an abhorrent and sexist introduction. I respect all chef's, irrespective of gender. If this post was celebrating male chefs, there would be a hue & cry against it. Please, lets have a level playing field.
