My dear watchers, I prepared super puffy pita breads.. You can put cheese and tomatoes in between and eat it. Or doner kebab or meatballs would go very good as well. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients List:
3 cups of flour
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of yogurt
Half a pack of fresh yeast
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
1 coffee spoon salt
2 tablespoons of oil
Preparation:
We take the flour into the mixing bowl. First, we heat our milk a little more than warm. We open a hole in the middle of the flour in the bowl. We add yeast, sugar, yogurt and oil to the middle. We add the salt. We add the heated milk and knead it. It becomes a soft and slightly sticky dough. Knead for another 3-4 minutes on the counter. We leaven it for 1 hour. We divide the dough into pieces, first round them, then roll them out with the help of a rolling pin. We put the pita breads on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, cover it and leave it to leaven again for half an hour. We get 10 breads in total. We send the pita breads in the preheated oven at 240°, with conventional heating mode on. The moment we put them in the oven, we turn the turbo fan on. I baked them for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
