I make sushi rolls with kani, mayo and sriracha too. You put too much rice to make it. The rice should end where you roll the bottom part. The table looks amazing!!

The sandwich looked awesome and really easy to make. And the feast of Sushi, Gyoza and chicken was amazing even though it takes a long time to make. But poor Gandalf, the one thing he is allowed to eat is the lettuce which he does not want. One day he will get his chicken and fish, just you watch ChefPK 😄

instead of boiling eggs I like to steam them. 13 min for hard cooked or 6 min for soft cooked. It's much gentler on the shells so that they don't brake while cooking.

Okay, something my family does with SPAM. Put it in a foil lined baking sheet, and brush or drizzle teriyaki sauce on it. Then bake it at 350F for about 15 minutes. I love using it for SPAM musubi.

spam sandos are the best you get it crispy on some sweet rolls and some egg and spicy mayo in there and you have a hooo boy moment. edit: also I usually use corn starch and water to make a slurry and pour that in the goyza so it would have a nice crispy lace when its done.
