Tamaki I unashamedly admit it is actually not the tentacles they are just a cherry for the off-brand really bad jokes mostly about other people instantly going to the off brand... I am actually a sucker or cowards who can put their paralyzing fear aside for the right reasons when it matters, so Tamakis personality is a trope I kind of like its rare to see done and even more rare to see done right. I just love how the creator played him off as more feared because he's soft hearted yet he himself will not let people just beat him around its a refreshing thing to see one of these characters and I want the big three to stay around for a long term and now and again come to help the new gen.

There was a Sichuan restaurant in a food court near my previous home. They had the mabotofu menu with faux meat. I used to eat there from time to time. Sadly they were gone when the shopping mall renovated the food court. Also, I love mabotofu menu with eggplant instead of tofu.

I'd definitely try these meals, the Soba noodles and boiled egg with spring onion looked like a great way to start the day. My best boy's would be Iida, Kirishima, Tokoyami. Best girls Mina, Momo and Froppy.

Huh, I just attempted to find a video (across all of youtube) where someone compares the various premade mapo tofu sauces to each other (to determine which ones are adequate/good/best, vs. from scratch) and could not! You have signed off on the premade curry cubes before (I guess most of the brands for those are good enough?), but not mapo tofu. Haha, calling each of them best boy? Nice boat, dude.

Chefpk, You should really consider renovating your kitchen with a range & separate wok burner in the island. A powerful but silent hood above it would be a needed addition. There are many dishes that can't be realistically made in anything other than a wok on an extremely powerful burner. Most commercial wok burners produce more BTUs than an entire eight burner range.

(3:11) One of these days I need to actually try tofu to see if I actually like it, I see it as an option at 1 of the Mongolian restaurants I frequent. (like prior to the lock down every single employee knew me and my friend that almost always came w/ me, 1 of the managers would occasionally give us free appetizers or heavily discount our meal because we were showing up at minimum once a week) Also 1 of these days I'll learn to not watch until I'm in a position I can go get/make food. I have 2 more hours left of night audit, and I'm a sucker for Katsu dons, (had a nice Chicken Katsu don when I visited friends down in Texas that was so delicious and I've been chasing that flavor since) watching the pork katsu don get made was making me hungry
