I would add some sort of anti-itch topical for insect bites, such as calamine lotion. Not sure if that would be included under this topic though.

Hello frog_in_progress Yes anti-itch cream is a must. I think it comes under this topic. Thank you for watching and commenting.

Thanks for the links. I have very mixed feelings about buying medications just in case and keeping expired medications so educating myself about the research is really helpful. I like your list. I look forward to the video you mentioned about ibuprofen. Here’s my 2 cents- I like stocking both ibuprofen and acetaminophen. If I need to take them for a significant amount of time, i understand ibuprofen can cause problems with the stomach and acetaminophen with the liver, so having both let’s me distribute the risk. I also use cortisone anti-itch cream for rashes. If someone stores a lot of beans but doesn’t eat them regularly, beano (a product that helps the body digest beans) might be worth storing as your body gets used to the new diet. Antacids, like tums, inhibit your stomach acid which can be a problem long term. Another thoughtful video, thanks

Hello WhatNext? You are welcome. It seems long term use can be very detrimental to our health. But still might come in handy in SHTF emergencies. The follow-up video is coming out soon. Good thoughts in your comments.
