The one thing ive learned after years of watching chefs making dishes is every dish even if it is indian has its own garam masala proportion and that's how it taste different from other recipes, what is done in our house is we have the same garam masla powder made for every dish and we use jt daily which makes everything tastes the same and only few chefs like ranveer tells us the garam masala proportion others just day garam masal powder😊😊😊
