Aaloo matar ki sabji and use of dhaniya spice is not the monopoly of Punjabi household only, it is cooked with same basic spices like dhaniya jeera haldi mirch along with garam masala and mix of garlic,ginger onion and eaten/relished across the India. Be it rural or small town or big metro city, aaloo matar is a very simple and common Vegetable dish prepared/cooked in the same manner every where. Only you have no knowledge/idea about this. prepared/cooked
