NACHO PARTY + MOJITO

Nacho Party + Mojito
Recipe:
Pack of Nachos / Taco shells
Beef:
Oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 white onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ kilo ground lean beef
2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Salsa:
(prepare two batches if preparing guacamole*)
1 white onion, chopped
1 cup chopped tomatoes
Chopped cilantro
Lime juice
Salt and pepper, to season
*Mash in 2-3 cups avocadoes to make guacamole
Sour cream:
2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
2 cups heavy cream
Salt, to taste
Fried beans:
1 tablespoon oil
2 cans white or red beans, discard water
Pinch of cumin powder
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Water, as needed
Cheese sauce:
2 cup easy melting cheese
¾ cup fresh milk

i alwaysnwatch mukbangers and pansin ko sa ibang bansa, normal na sa kanilangumagamit ng authentic cheese kahit sa mfa japitbahay natin sa asia. dito lang sa Pinas parang luxury makagamit ng authentic cheese. ang alam lang ng karaniwang Pinoybis processed cheese. sana magmura na ang mga authentic cheese para maka-afford naman ang mga katulad ko.
