Recently my sis-in-law visited me in the farm ..she brought several pieces of kikiam like you did...as of writing this, i just finished eating kikiam which i heated using a microwave...i was really thinking and sensing what exactly is that special flavor or aroma in that kikiam...my curiousity led me to surf youtube and found exactly the kikiam in the video of Chef RV...so grateful to have found you chef RV...and i am going to share the process to more audience as well, when i try to prepare this kikiam the soonest...thanks much chef RV

I tried this recipe, all I can say is PERFECT!!! Been living in the province for 8 years and am always craving for chinese food. I always have to ask my sister in law to buy my cravings at Binondo and bring it here. But with your recipe, I was able to follow it no sweat and I don't have to ask for my sister in law to buy it for me anymore. Next time naman RADDISH CAKE PLSS. Thank you sharing your gift!! OMG ang dali lang pala. Favorite ko 'to na baon sa lunch nung elementary. I like the bake and pan fry option. Super appreciate how you make the recipes easy to follow. Ok talaga yung nagluluto sa bahay, pwede ma control ang quality. Thank you, Chef!

Yes we use water chestnuts or singkamas not raddish.. then we steamed then when you want serve just pan fry. In very little oil in non stick pan.

That's my favorite Chef RV when i'm in studying in Malabon. That is my lunch time ulam. Kaso parang nagbago na ang lasa niya unlike unlike before since 1980. Now i'm living in QC.. I ordered that from Malabon to QC kapag nagcecrave ako. Thank u sa Recipe mo Chef. Itatry ko yan at sau ko nalaman na pwede palang umorder ng kikiam rapper sa shopee at lazada. You can store the pork rolls just steamed or already fried. Cool them completely and individually wrap in plastic film or aluminum foil. Place in a resealable bag and refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

I made this a while ago at effective sa akin yun oven first tapos inilagay ko sa freezer yung iba for when we feel like eating then defrost na lang and then prito pag gusto.

Hi chef RV, good day! salamat sa masarap mong kikiam recipe, nag craving kasi ako to eat street foods at isa ito sa kini-crave ko kaya nag hanap ako ng authentic recipe kung paano lulutuin, since we planned na magbonding din kami dito sa bahay ng mga friends ko, so i cooked it just 3 days ago,ang sarap😋, we love it!🥰 I love cooking and i do more on traditionla or old ways of cooking food at yung no tipid ingredients.
