Wow as in wow I loved this recipe of yours iyong mga nakikita ko sa handaan very dry I made one before firat and last time ganyan halos gawa ko wala nga lang liver ska red wine pero saucy. Now will try to cook again but will use liver sausage na coarse with seasonings na I am here sa Canada. The reason hindi ako gumagawa ng morcon even iyan ang favorite ko akala ko zorizo de bilbao lang puede ilagay now puede pala hotdogs lang. I am your avid fan enjoy na enjoy ako panoorin ka sa You Tube in my celphone, sa laptop, my portal at ska sa TFC - you are everywhere now ( kahit saan even at work) pag breaktime. He he he kuno - love you. By the way, 67 yrs old and widow na ako at isa ako sa mga tagahanga mo na lagi busog sa mga niluluto mo. Salamat ng marami.

Thanks Chef RV. Wala sa list ang liver. Kala ko go na ang cooking ko. Kaso noong napanood ko ng buo, kailangan talaga ng liver. Akala ko maari na kong hindi pumunta sa grocery store. Hi Chef RV, ako yon liver nag slice ako pahaba at sinasama ko sa beef roll...cheese. bacon, pickles, hardboil egg n liver at pickles....almost same sa timpla.mo but no red wine kasi.tandera kakain.. Thank you for sharing your morcon beef. My nay is also from Biñan. .
