Have you tried it already? Nakabili ako ng ganito some months ago, yung garlic powder nila. Was happy kasi individually packed at mabilis mag clump up yung mga powder. I was so disappointed some time later kasi pati yung singles namuo. Kahit nakalagay sila sa tight container namuo parin. The good thing is that pwede parin sila magamit at di mo na need sundutin ng tinidor ang spice bottle.

As a Bacolodnon. I think its almost close to the Bacolod Inasal but just lacks the acidity, maybe you could add white vinegar and/or calamansi to the marinade. Good job tho. :)
