KUNG MAHILIG KA SA SINIGANG, LUTUIN MO ITO! PERFECT WITH NOODLES OR RICE!

TOM YUM
1 tbsp. garlic
½ onion
2 pcs. tomatoes
4-6 st. lemon grass
4 pcs. kafir lime leaves
3 in ginger, sliced
fish sauce
4 cups water
1 pack sampaloc mix or 2 tbsp. tamarind paste
1 tbsp. tomato paste
splash, calamansi/lime juice
4 pcs. labuyo, slice
sugar to taste
5 pcs. egg yolks
boil for 5 mins, and then remove lemon grass
for creamy tom yum, add in ½ cup evaporated milk

My brother worked with Thai nationals in Saudia Airlines in Riyadh. He learned to love their food and smithereens of the language. Introduced me to Thai cuisine here in America which enamored my palate to it . I love Thai cuisine truly . Thanks Chef .

Parating FABULOUS ang mga recipes mo, Chef RV. Very ideal din talaga ang pagluluto mo ng mga recipes mo, Pilipino recipes man or foreign recipes. Kaya Lang as an ordinary Pinay, most of the time, I find them impractical. Dahil admittedly, limited ang budget namin to buy all those indulging ingredients.
