Our favorite Menudo pero mas affordable at mas madaling lutuin dahil gumamit tayo ng giniling!

MENUDO (GINILING)
Notes: same size cubes of carrots, bell peppers, potatoes.
Potatoes are peeled.
Cooking oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
¼ cup minced red onions
½ cup tomato paste
1 kilo pork giniling
1-2 cups bell peppers, cut into cubes
2 cups carrots, cut into cubes
2 cups potatoes, cut into cubes
20-30 pcs hard boiled quail eggs
Soy sauce, to taste
White vinegar
Salt, pepper, white sugar

Love u chef ever. Always keen in ur cooking and ur wits. Another lovely dish again but i reckon, menudo will never be authentic without liver and raisins that would clsssify them as menudo. U know what I mean.correct me if am wrong girl. I mean the liver and the raisins are its identity u cant take it away from the dish. I dunno, i think am just old school. Best regards chef.

Hi Chef ! Love watching you cook, you’re alot of fun. Your cooking demonstration is very entertaining and educational in the kitchen. I like this version of menudo, I’m gonna add it to my new year’s menu. I hope I can find quail eggs here, are they supposed to be sold only on Asian market or any regular grocery stores? Btw, Chef, did you know Queen Latifah has a Filipino aunt, she lives in Aberdeen Md. USA about 15 minutes to my house. She used to go there a lot because her aunt can cook too.
