It’s wild seeing this again after so many years. It’s crazy but this video changed my life. I was going to culinary school and saw this video. I decided I wanted to be a teppanyaki chef until I graduated. I interviewed at every Hibachi restaurant in my area and no one hired me. One finally called me back and said I could work in the sushi bar. I did sushi for 7 years after that! Never would have become a sushi chef if it wasn’t for this video. Thank you!
