We've never liked Marco Pierre White's menu designs aboard P&O's fleet over the years, so I'm not overly surprised by the verdict of this meal☹

@Paulad39uk we probably can't land all of the fault and shortcomings at Marcos door, because any of those dishes might have made an excellent meal on a plate prepared by him. The problem is that the menu contains very hyped, intense, overly complex description of elements that take more levels of work and expertise to create, than ships chefs and kitchens can manage, unless on the more luxury brands of cruise lines.
