I just bought this same probe and it's not very accurate or instant. You guys that are approached by theses companies 'influencers' are not very honest in my opinion. Your temps where not any more instant that the therma pen or any other instant probe. It's all marketing and it's about getting people to click on the link in the description so you can get gain.
