Hi Vicky , This is more of a Malvani sukha chicken. Mangalorean sukha chicken is less on the spicier side and has more coconut consistency. Please correct me if I am wrong (My mom in law is Mangalorean and my cook is Malvani).

Hailing from Mangalore we are very proud of our roots and tradition. You might be a good chef but please don’t distort or disrespect our traditional food. Chicken sukka is more than just a food for us. What you did was some fancy dish, It’s no where close to our Chicken Sukka. It was really painful to see what you were doing if you can’t do the original it’s ok Please don’t do this at least. Thanks

@@varunmarathe7888 a person who eats misal pav for lunch is quarrelling about foods with Mangalorean, lol! Now that’s the most dramatic thing ever. Most of the hotels in Mumbai , Pune , Nasik , Nagpur, etc are owned / Run by us Mangalorean . We set the food standards in your place. Living in pune for 9 years I knows what’s the taste of Marathi is like. I am Lucky to have Marathi friends who at least acknowledge this fact. So ignorants Marathis like you can Go enjoy your Misal and sabudana vada.
