Chelan to Stehekin Trip

We took a ferry boat from Chelan, WA and traveled 50 miles to the small community of Stehekin at the far end of Lake Chelan. The ferry ride was 2.5 hours with beautiful scenery the entire way. We rented a cabin with a kitchen for 2 nights that was location not far from the boat dock area. While in Stehekin we walked some trails in the area. We took a local bus to visit the huge Rainbow Falls located 3.5 miles from the dock area. We also eat at the famous bakery located 2 miles from the dock area. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and would recommend you visit Stehekin.
