I’m a Watford fan, and that was a really GOOD day. In fact, a brilliant season for us (just a shame we couldn’t win the league). It was also a great weekend in the football with so many wonky score lines.

The complete lack of respect for this upset is criminal. Every year when the Prem teams come in at the 3rd round and they talk of upsets, no one ever mentions this! Yet it was an absolutely huge upset and easily one of the biggest shocks ever in FA cup history.

As a lifelong Bradford City fan I have tears in my eyes watching this & remembering that day. I was following the score updates when we were 3 - 2 up & the news came through of another goal in added time, “what a shame, but a replay will be great......” until I saw the goal was for us. The sort of day supporters of lower league teams live for.

As a chelsea fan I was angry with the performance, but you have to tip your hat off to Bradford, cause most lower league clubs would have probably given up after going 2-0 down away against the premier league leaders, but Bradford kept going and deservedly won

Update: Hughes got the boot as his brand of football was just so dire (despite getting us to the play offs). We’ve now appointed a manager with real experience at L2 level, and we are still in L2, and currently heading for another mid table finish. I live in hope more than expectation. Yes, the period 2012 until 2018 was a great time to be a fan.
