We do not have trusted subs in midfield with Lavia out. 90 minutes every game with what we ask them to do is crazy. If your engine room is struggling for air … the energy of the whole team suffers. We need Santos and an actual, trusted army to call on in midfield. When we go a straight 4 at the back it changes what Enzo is asked to do back to where he struggled. He can keep it up for 50, but that’s it. Making that tactical change means you need people you can count on to relieve him. And we need focal point finishing.
