Chelsea fans had something to say about Manchester City after the Blues were defeated by the defending champions at the weekend. Many do not respect the way Manchester City have developed as a club, citing the 115 charges against the Sky Blues as proof they don't deserve respect. But are Chelsea being hypocritical?
