One thing that never gets discussed about Chelsea is the fact that as part of the takeover, Boehly and co committed investing a further 1.75bil into the club. Didn’t they have to invest that in a certain timeframe? That may be the reason that their spending is so gung ho?

One counter point on WH, yes of course league form wasn't great last season with Europe but I keep hearing suggestions that that is almost a certainty to happy again if we are to have a run in the Europa League, however it seems to be forgotten that we got to the semi-final of the Europa League 2 years ago whilst also still finishing 7th in the league (and could've even been 6th if we'd done our job on the final day). IMO, with a better, deeper, higher quality all round squad this year, there absolutely no reason why we can't have a good season on multiple fronts.

Great video lads, could easily watch one of these a month. Genuinely insightful but never strays away from the banter between clubs that makes quality entertainment. Everyone was class, McKola controlled the conversations well, Rory and Buvey were classic Rory and Buvey, I already love Flav so I'm biased but thought he was quality, Spencer was great and having insight from a non-big-6 fan made it that much more interesting, and even the Arsenal fan weren't too bad. Hope to see more as the season progresses.

Love this format guys. Just the lads having a chat and a debate at the pub! Some constructive feedback from me: I was using speakers at my computer and Spencer, Miles and Flav were all way too quiet. I had to keep adjusting my volume when they were speaking. Something with the levels of the microphones they were using maybe? Could be something to look at next time to just make it that bit more enjoyable. But otherwise, great video.

Some games are season defining. If's and but's... if the Queen didn't pass at that time of the season, Arsenal might have beaten City at the Emerates as schedule based on form of the two teams at that time. With that confidence, we might have sustained the title challenge and kept City at arms length. Last year's Arsenal team and way of play is beginning to be predictable. We didn't have a strong plan B last season. Now we're explore plan Bs, Cs, Ds, etc... some fans don't have the patience.
