With all the problems the club has had, with all the brilliant football these kids have played from time to time and against big teams, sometimes laden with injuries, and you don't see progress from last season, you must be ridiculously sick in the head. It was very obvious from the start that this is not going to be the Abramovich style of one or two season coaches who are in for a specific trophy and are quickly fired if they don't deliver. You need to get an understanding of what is actually going on in the club in terms of the vision of the owners, and if you are in disagreement you can organize and have them resign or you can support another club.

I think reading between the lines he’s frustrated they are doing due diligence by reportedly meeting with Amorim and Poch only has 12 months left on contract that is supposed to be a long term project. The 5-0 defeat to Arsenal was very humbling and maybe only time this season where I only thought that Poch might crumbling. The big clubs have to realise that the days of always qualifying for the Champions League and always winning at least one trophy per year are over. There are too many big clubs in the Premier League right now. They need to think about long term. Keep the manager for 3 years minimum and let him have time and space to build his projects. Managers like Mourinho, Guardiola, Klopp or Xabi Alonso, who just transform clubs in less than a year and start winning things are rare and a exception, not the rule.

If Poch were English he would have been sacked a while ago. He was given; - a transfer window before the season AND - a pre season Things Potter didn't have.
