I always wondered how these things actually work in the life of a Christian couple! I couldn't relate much since I'm still in the "student/teen" phase. But I've taken note of your tips and I hope I'll get reminded of them at the right time, in the future. Thanks for sharing!!

I would have loved to have found a vlog like this after I got married! It’s been over two decades now but this video popped up on my feed so I watched. I found it very insightful and I think it’s awesome you two are reaching out to other young people that want to have solid Godly relationships!

Always love your guys’ relationship videos :) loved the point towards the end about noticing the beauty in how your spouse is growing, and verbally telling them! It’s easy to get in the roommate rhythm, but it’s important to stay out of it! Thanks guys 🤍

When Nick said that alot of guys don't feel safe being open and honest because no one really cares anyway, that broke my heart🥺. I hate that our culture tells us that men have to keep their emotions and struggles to themselves otherwise they're weak. I haven't ever had a boyfriend (still a tennager), but when I do, I'm going to make sure he knows that he doesn't have to keep everything to himself just to seem strong.

It's so important for couples to mark off or set aside time for eachother. The block of time doesn't have to be an expectation of sex, just time to be intimate in whatever way u and ur partner need that day. Maybe it's curling up on the couch, or going on a date, whatever it is, actively spending that time with ur partner is so meaningful and important. And hey if it leads to sex then amazing 😉

@@ChelseaandNick I'm glad 😊 It really makes a noticeable difference for me and my partner! We aren't married but have been together quite some time now and got lazy at having real dates/ setting intentional time together. 😅 So planning dates like we would earlier on in our relationship has made me fall for him all over again! Anytime there's a lul in our relationship, intentional time reserved just for us always picks me right back up. 😊And physical intimacy after a date where we talked and laughed about everything and nothing for hours is honeslty so special! It's like wrapping the fun of the night/date up with a really fun bow 😝
@kar42442 жыл бұрын
@@ChelseaandNick Also if the goal is just to reserve time exclusively for bonding with one another, then there isn't any guilt or disappointment if one person is isn't in the mood. Because you've achieved your goal of ensuring that youre maintaining an intimate relationship with eachother 😊 which will lead to more sex and other forms of physical intimacy happening naturally 😉 ❤️

That’s so sad guys struggle with opening up, but I definitely see how culture has made it difficult!! To the guys out there don’t settle!! Find someone who genuinely cares for you and know that there are people who you can truly trust❤️ I unfortunately will say it’s harder especially for a guy, but guys don’t settle and know there are people who genuinely care how you’re doing❤️

I am 38 years old, and I have something to say in regards to the sexualization of children at such a young age. Due to what is happening now in the world, I feel it is necessary to lend my voice and experinece to this current issue so that anyone not concerned by what the leftists want to do in our school systems and what our media systems are also trying to do, can hear first hand the damaging effects of children being exposed to sex too young. My first experience happened when it shouldn't have, much before puberty. I cannot explain all the things that led up to the experience but understand this, it was not rape by an adult. We were two kids of the same age and it happened together. The details don't matter, and no one needs to hear them anyways. What does is this. One experience at such a young age led to another, then another. To this day I struggle with identity, sexual and personal, and often feel at a complete loss of how to fit into society. I want desperatly to be normal, but I am aware that the start I had is not normal and not healthy. It is likely why I have struggled so much since and I would not wish other innocent child to be subject to the same insecurities and lack of identity that I had suffered with and still do. Please gaurd your children. Be sensitive to what they see, hear and are exposed to. They will not think of these things if someone doesnt introduce them to it. Be proactive. If my pain can help any parent activate and be more cautious, then my suffering was for a purpose. Please help

The elements of the gospel are clearly stated in 1 Corinthians 15:3-6, a key passage concerning the good news of God: “For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, and then to the Twelve. After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers and sisters at the same time, most of whom are still living.” Notice, first, that Paul “received” the gospel and then “passed it on”; this is a divine message, not a man-made invention. Second, the gospel is “of first importance.” Everywhere the apostles went, they preached the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ. Third, the message of the gospel is accompanied by proofs: Christ died for our sins (proved by His burial), and He rose again the third day (proved by the eyewitnesses). Fourth, all this was done “according to the Scriptures”; the theme of the whole Bible is the salvation of mankind through Christ. The Bible is the gospel.
