I really enjoyed this video! My husband and I have been married for a year next month, but together a total of almost 9 years. Relationships evolve in crazy ways. I remember several distinct points in our relationship where I thought I couldn’t love him more, but my love continues to progress in ways that I could never imagine. Our love definitely grows deeper with every argument, mistake, apology... My advice is that boundaries are essential and know that both parties need to have them to thrive in their relationship.

im 22 and my husband I and got married a year ago. when you were talking about how your family hugs a lot and Nick's family is different, I understand because it was the same for us except vise versa, hubby's family are the hugging type and mine arent so that's something I had to get used to which I am now. other than that we didn't have much differences. being married for a year and now with a baby on the way life is great and marriage is amazing. we never argue or fight and always try to keep God in the center of our marriage.

my family is more like Nicks family. We aren't into hugging and telling each other we love each other 'just because'. However, my fiance's family is the complete opposite! It was an adjustment at first because I didn't want to seem rude by not hugging them or telling them that I love them as much as they wanted to hear.

I am in a relationship for 5 years and my girlfriend tell me that I am to head strong and arrogant, and on the next she praise my self sacrifice and dedication as a minister of the gospel where I sacrifice a lot and she have to bare a lot. She had the coronavirus and I have heart disease, thank God that I did not get it, however I sacrifice for her and put my life on the line for her while I had other people to bible study with, and she felt left out and alone, and that cause me to hurt and suffer, and I prayed and am still praying to be better for her. And under all her displeasure I learn to stay silent and consider her above myself and before I answer pray about it. And even though I am accused or unfairly mistreated I make sure to take it and treat her with love and pray for myself and her. I really love her so much and want to change for our union to be successful because we can do so much together for Christ under his direction and leadership. And when we have arguments and she is crueling, I does say we had an intense discussion. So seek to pray more and ask yourself what would Christ had done if he was in my position and pray about it, and as the Holy Spirit show you, so do.

I've told my mum I loved her maybe three times? We don't express the love into words but we hug a lot, and do those small things that show you care about each other (mum sends me crosswords because she knows I like them, I make an extra cup of tea for her and so on). So it sounds like my family is more like Nick's. Also, I feel like the number of times americans tend to say "I love you" (when leaving the house, ending phone calls etc.) washes out the meaning of the phrase, but that's just my opinion.

You look so cute! I am partially blind, but it’s cool I can see your face so well☺️ my family is like Nick’s family. there is a stereotype with personalities depending where one is born in a certain part of South Korea. Both my parents were supposably born in areas where they grow up without being affectionate and expressive with one another. It seems somewhat true because I grew up without much affection or physical acts of love and when we do it is awkward. Thankfully, my husband’s family is very affectionate and loves to hug, chill together, and say I love you!!

i have a genuine question: i’m 16, almost 17 and a junior in high school. i’m embarrassed to say i’ve never kissed anyone or been in a relationship, but i also just don’t feel like i need to be in one. i’m just wondering if you had a high school relationship that wasn’t nick and if so, do you regret that. i’m also all about dating for marriage, and at almost 17 i have no interest in marriage. just asking for some clarification and assurance. 🤗
@daniela26834 жыл бұрын
I just wanna reassure you that, that is not something you should be embarrassed about, but in fact that is something so beautiful. To save yourself for the one is so special. That when you do find the one, you can give them all, your first kiss to be with them, your first everything with them, and it’s so much more special. Also this is pleasing in Gods eyes. :)) God bless you
