Listened to this the other day whilst washing the dishes. The most mundane act suddenly seemed like a moment of peace. Having a glimpse into what years from now might look like. I know I'm a little late to this comment but i just wanted to say I don't listen to this song often, unlike their other songs which I'm ranked among the top listeners 0.004% for Jeremy and 0.003% for chelsea listening to at least 1,100 minutes for both each month But the reason i don't listen to this song often is because whenever i listen to it i start crying a river because of my dead papa and how much my mom had to start from zero and do the impossible to make us happy and Don't need anything and i just start remembering how sometimes i make her sad and do bad things that i know it doesn't make her happy and keep thinking how much i really don't deserve such an amazing mother You are absolutely right, we need to just stop for a second and realize what our parents have done for us and how much they gave and threw their life and dreams away just for us to sleep happily at night while they're crying in the next room worrying about us and our future Love your parents guys, no matter what they do, they don't hate you, they just misunderstand you and sometimes do and say things that they think its the best for you, we came from them...its because of them we are here having the options to do whatever the hell we want If you're mad and bothered about your situation, remember....it could've been much worse

@@Ananas-280 Hey Friend you made my day today after seeing your reply, I even forgot I commented here. I'm so sorry you lost your sweet dad and your story about your mom's struggle sounds like my girlfriend's story too, she lost her dad unfortunately through a Disease and her mom went through a lot trying to raise three children being a nurse herself. But today at present, her mom is doing great, she retired last year, my girlfriend is doing great and also her two brothers, I say these because i believe all their happiness was possible because of her mom's struggle and also because of the love her Father had planted when he was still alive. And Yes I got teary eyes reading your words. What you've said it absolutely true too, my dad would never buy anything for himself until and unless his salary is used on his children needs and if at the end of the day or month if some money still remains, he would get himself a cheap necessary thing for himself and for mom.

This made 50 grown men cry at my work, including my dad. I told my dad to listen to this song, he did and then he rang me telling me just how beautiful it was. It was a really nice moment. I rang him the morning while he was at work and I wasn't and he said that he played the song aloud for everyone. People cried and rang their kids and told them they loved them and this song made the entire office kind of just get really emotional. Jeremy and Chelsea, the pair of you have so much talent and power within your words. Whenever I listen to this song, i think of that moment. I will never forget it. Thank you

I like to imagine to think my "Superpower" is being able to close my eyes while listening music, and being able to create my own music video. This one.... I closed my eyes and was a little kid again. I was that kid that was so filled with laughter and wonder and that liked to Superman in his room. And it was like being on the outside looking in. Watching my younger self play while the older me now is just watching and smiling. I love that the music that you two created together can make me imagine something like that. It felt good to be nostalgic. I got to see some faces I missed.

This one always makes me cry. My relationship with my parents is rocky at best, never been what I wanted it to be. But the lack of emotional support doesn’t stop me from loving them in my own way. Family is kind of like that, I suppose, though I am working on my gaining my independence. We’re just lonely people looking to be loved and accepted, in the end.

So did I, at 15. I've spent a lot of time dealing with regret, I had a chance to see him one day before he died but I postponed it, and then I never got to see him again. Even today that sometimes haunts me, but I've learned that it's not really as you see it. Maybe you didn't say it too often, or maybe you just wish you could have said it one more time and that's okay, but never fear that he doesn't know it. He does, he's watching you grow every day and he's very proud of you

Yowww🔥 Brent, a loyal and trustworthy guy who is capable of making everyone smile if he wants to. At first look, you may think he's so quiet but once you melted the ice and starts talking with him, at the middle, you will see that he's fun to talk with and a very nice friend. He has a golden heart. Also he does stupid things just to make everyone's day happy and full of fun. He is smart and intelligent person who likes going with friends every time. He can help you with your problems and he doesn't takes side on his friends. He is the middle, the mediator between his friends if they fight. He is also respected because of his attitude towards other people. He can be your best friend, Having all the qualities a friend could have but all combined in a single person. From Urban Dictionary
