I think it would be cooler if mom's hug was like a swing which when hitting an enemy will automatically spin it for some time before yeeting the enemy and in the time of that spinning, shooting would yeet the enemy in the direction you shot it. But the items are still neat, Weird heart is probably my favorite

I think the little bug is when there isn’t a tile that the broken hearts can spawn that isn’t the player’s, so it spawned on top of them

The bug is more of the fact that there is no death animation. You touch the hearts, and the death screen just... pops up.

Loved the items!, a suggestion is that the new beggar could have a 25% to give you a converter when destroyed instead of giving a item of the beggars pool, also i think some more items should be added to the pool, like the warm coat or adrenaline, but that is a liitle idea!, anyways, great vid!

Why is maggie becomming another tainted samson? Also queen of hearts? Is so useless, that it's actually sad. Damage bonus is so small that it's not worth the broken hearts. When I saw that broken hearts go away I was like "okay, then it can make sense, it's like a survive challenge for a little damage up", but no, the damage goes away as well.

Heartbreak at least keeps you alive when you run out of hearts and helps with survivability, queen of heartscis just a worse version of that

Eh, it still makes sense for early floors. A temporary damage boost to get you through, before you find good items.

Maggie to have such a gimmick to her, because she is balanced around it, for every other character, who can get red health, it's just beyond broken to have such an easy health source

So what about an eternal heart or black hearts with the beggars Also the heart shots looks like it could be it’s own item Heart pupils Love at first sight You have fast fire rate and high damage but your shots would push you back the longer you charge it the longer hearts would come out and when fully charged it would shoot a heart shaped burst of hearts at the end Some synergies Brim would make the hearts red and Shoot brim behind them Interesting effects If you have an item that gives you something relating to devil deals or certain items the hearts would have a chance to be different which could be blue and drop soul hearts or be black and have a chance to drop black hearts The same would go to things like bone heart that make bones split in 8 directions Rotten hearts spawn flies Golden heart would drop coins and give midis touch effect Eternal hearts would do a holy shot effect Broken hearts would split into 2 shots that shoot backward when coming into contact with a wall rock or an enemy or boss Items that would give you these heart shots Black hearts : devil items White hearts : angle hearts Golden hearts : money items Rotten hearts : rotten or moldy items Soul hearts : ghost items Bone hearts : bone items Broken hearts : items that make isaac sad or cry like divorce papers

Some of these definitely need to be rebalanced (along with tarnished maggie as a character) but I think the ideas are great and the items are pretty cool. Converter begger should be far more rare.

Mom's Hug could be an automatic swing and make it instead when using it with bosses you need to swing it yourself instead of oding it automatically but the boss will free itself from your grasp if you take too long Yes i want to swing around Pin like a fucking Mario 64 boss what about it

The damage boost of the broken hearts is pitiful. Broken hearts are a rather huge penalty, so maybe they should give dmg multipliers for their trouble.

I think warm coat should get a buff against downpour/dross enemies. Like it 100% blocks the spits from the enemies, and the rain from the bubble giant no longer can harm you
