HEY GUYS IN THIS VIDEO I HAVE EXPLAINED THE EFFECT OF HYBRIDIZATION OF C-ATOM ON THE CHEMICAL SHIFT OR THE DELTA PM VALE OF HYDROGEN NUCLEI. THIS VIDEO WILL HELP YOU TO UNDERSTAND THE VALUES OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF C-ATOMS WHICH WILL HELP IN MOLECULAR ELUCIDATION LATER IN THE SERIES.

Sir...u r like a ray of hope to ur students. I request you to plz upload videos on interpreting molecular elucidation of compounds based on IR, mass and NMR. I tried to message u abt d same everytym u came live on youtube, but failed to have conversation to u regarding this matter. I knw students demand a lot from u and demand so many videos n topics n u r bsy in such things. But whenever u r free..give this a thought to make videos on this. I am a phytochemist and need these videos by heart. Do make if time allows u. Will be wating Regards Kavita

Sir, if 3° alkane is a electron pumping group then it should increase electron density and Hydrogen should be shielded. But chemical shift value going down field. Please explain.

Compare ethane(1* c) and propane(2* c) Carbon(2.5) is slightly electronegative than hydrogen(2.2) So, In case of ethane (1* C) carbon is surrounded by electrons of 3H. ( c will pull slightly e of h) Where as in propane (2* C) there will e from only 2 H. And thing u said that ch3 donate e - it donate but only when there will be electronegativity difference. In above both the eg. There is no electronegativity diff in C aroms

@akshatachincholi6114 3 ай бұрын
@@subhadey8593ok got it. 1° carbon se attached H ko Kam pull karta hai whereas 3° carbon se attached hue H ko jyada shielding nai hai because 3 carbons are pulling the electrons toward it and so the peak is slightly far (3 to 4) . Correct me if I am wrong.
