​@@janeburke1635. Hi Jane. Yes I used your video to follow along. I like to try different warm up exercises. The main chen form that I practice at the moment is the laojia Yilu Form so I like to see the details of your form. I must say that I think you have very good posture and that helps with illustrating the forms well. Good job! LOL Derek 😂
