Its always shown as where very rich and very poor live. Bihar is always shown naked. Bengal is always shown fully confused and sweet. Jharkhand us always shown as some jungle or industry. They are stereotypes which are used in movies to make it look funny or real. I am from bihar, but i dont care what they show us in movie. If its fun, i have no problems, and so should tamilians be having no problem
