I ate this dish yesterday and surprised that you did absolutely same dish unfortunately I couldn't taste it.great and your are excellent and ofcourse our Nair mess but now a days prices are almost like a five star hotel.,

Appreciate your perspective, but then you don't know me either. So i will take your comment as one out of ignorance.... have you seen some of the other videos? I've had the opportunity to travel the world and learn from accomplished chefs. If you take the time, you will see there are dishes from most continents on my channel. Despite all that, i still maintain that kerala food is my favorite. Not sure what's hard to follow here.
