Correct. I'm 66 and my husband is 36. I'm under no illusion that he would love me the same if I was unable to give him the relatively comfortable lifestyle he has even though he denies that's why he loves me. In fact when I bring it up he gets angry saying he's not that type of guy. But I have to be honest with myself that while there might be some genuine love there I'd be a fool to believe finances aren't playing a part.
