Cher Reaction 'DJ Play a Christmas Song' & 'Christmas Baby Please Come Home' ft Darlene Love 🎄✨

Well this is a first.. I've never, ever reacted to any Cher on my channel or in my personal life haha... but as I was reacting to Rockefeller Christmas Tree Lighting Show 2023, I thought may as well tune into a bit of the legend that is Cher and see what she's saying these days!
So Cher performed a song I'd never heard of, so was my first time reaction to 'DJ Played a Christmas Song' and then went on to duet with another singer I had not heard of before, so another first time reaction to Darlene Love and they both sang, 'Christmas, Baby Please Come Home'
I mean... the crowd were definitely in that Christmas spirit!!! 🎄✨

Cher is 77. Cher and Darlene were original singers of wall of sound back in 1963 in Gold star studio. Cher was 17 when she recorded Baby please come home with Darlene. I think Cher was the loudest one in this group of singers and everytime they recorded they asked her to step away from microphone 😅

Yea, Cher deep dive! Believe is her most iconic hit, she changed the pop game on that one. It’s the song that earned her a Grammy. For me when I think of Cher, I think of Strong Enough, You Haven’t Seen the Last of Me, Gypsies Tramps & Thieves and the movie Mermaids. But her film resume and music discography is extensive, impressive and always totally Cher. So,aa2.( wherever you start, it’ll be good! Can’t wait for more Cher reactions, hope you’re well!

hi mr. room, i think like you, that the shown songs not live sung was...but every star use this method...together with darlene to sing is impossible, one time yes, not alltimes...they make one event and that is it...but believe me: i saw cher 2019 in germany, cologne, live, 74 years old, and she was great! she song most of her songs live an it was unforgettable...plastic sugery for this woman: number one, perfect...greatings to you, smart boy!

Darlene Love played Danny Glover's wife in the 3 Lethal Weapons movies. She was a key figure in 60s girls group songs with The Blossoms (the backgroud singers on 60s TV show Shindig) as well as in several groups under Phil Spector's Wall of Sound records.

I totally hear you on that - even though I was like, 'oh, it's pre-recorded', when you listen to the vocals, they're soooo strong! I imagine for the sake of the performance like someone has said, they prefer pre-recorded to ensure it sounds good I guess... but yeah, she's still got chops at 77!!!
