I'm not at all sure who's impersonating Meatloaf, but my best guess in Mark Wells or Craig Halford. I would vote for the meat Loaf impersonator. Although he could use some more practice. The Cher impersonator was too chunkie. And her voice is no where like Cher. Make your own music n dress your own style. You are not a Cher impersonator.
