I can appreciate the house is not too big for the lot. A lot of times developers build a house out every inch of the lot. This seems proportional.

The lot for this specific house is bigger. Developers here in LA have to take advantage of every inch in order to maximize profit. Most lots they get to do $3M plus projects don’t even reach 10,000 sf specially in Studio City, Encino or Sherman Oaks 💡
