I was there Friday. Was fishing some rock walls and caught a couple 3lb smallmouth. A couple smaller largemouth. But a good time for sure. Nice fish my friend!

Just on Douglas this week for two separate days.. first day kitech and Jurkbait was doing damage upper lake second day upper lake water color change went to white Rapla and white kitech.. first day was great day this past Friday not so good.. ran out of time to make run down mid lake with wind and rain.glad to see you wearing that bandit hat love those baits catch ton fish on them tellico. Thanks for video.. your absolutely right to much bait.. so much the old hummingbird couldn’t read the depth right.. we need some cold weather to set in.. until next time stay safe could them videos coming

At the time this video was shot I think it was in the mid 50's if i remember correctly. Im sure its proly in the high 40's by now.

Cherokee has been tough lately. I think if we can get some cold temps and get those surface temps in the 40s, things we really pick up. Absolutely need a shad kill, lake is loaded with bait and it's hard fishing when you pull into a hole and you can't see the bottom for the bait. Hopefully within a couple weeks things will start changing.
