As a Unitarian Universalist and an enrolled Cherokee citizen, as well as a beginning speaker and continuing learner if the Cherokee language, i am very sorry to report that this is not remotely Cherokee. It saddens me that even well intentioned people continually use our name to stamp a label of coolness on whatever they want.

This is the Cherokee Peace Chant taught by Dhayni Wahoo who is the Chief of the Sunray Medication Society (claims she is a Cherokee Chief/Medicine Woman) of Vermont who also has a branch in Florida. That's where this version comes.
